New Cookbook - Simple ways to eat vegetarian through Scandinavian Green

Lockdown might be the perfect time to explore Scandinavian cooking at home. Danish chef and food writer Trine Hahnemann recently published a new cookbook on Scandinavian cooking and this time she inspires the readers to simple ways to eat vegetarian.

Trine Hahnemann appears regularly in British media with her knowledge of Danish food and food culture which is also the main focus of her cookbooks. She has published five books in English and in 2019 she won the Guild of Food Writers award for International or Regional Cookbook for her book Copenhagen Food.
