Princess Olga Romanoff talks : 25 March 6pm

Princess Olga Romanoff will talk about her fascinating family background with its roots in Russia and Finland.

Her father was Prince Andrei Alexandrovich of Russia, the eldest nephew of Tsar Nicholas II. Her grandmother was Sylvia Borgström (later McDougall) who wrote several novels set in Finland and also A Summer Tour in Finland. under the pseudonym Paul Waineman.

The Princess will also talk about her family's connections with Mannerheim and the historic house, Provender, which was originally rented by her great grandmother, Constance, and later bought at auction by Sylvia in 1912.
