2008-09 NANNA KARLSSON

Nanna Karlsson's proposed subject is The Internal Stratigraphy of the Pine Island Glacier.  Her work focuses on what is happening to glaciers in West Antarctica.

The grant from The Anglo-Danish Society will pay for her to spend time with the British Antarctic Survey which is based in Cambridge where her work has been recognised as contributing to a major research programme in polar science.
